At the BBQ Rig, Kurt doesn’t just serve food—he serves full-on flavor bombs that drip, sizzle, and satisfy. Think towering Smokey Meat Sandwiches piled high with brisket, pork, or sausage, sauced to perfection. Then there’s the fall-off-the-bone BBQ Pork Spareribs, slow-smoked until they practically melt, and our infamous Messes—loaded BBQ bowls stacked with everything but the kitchen sink.
